When scaffold items are moved to a construction site, the system records an estimated return date, either back to the warehouse or to another site. Based on the expected utilisation period, Scaffold SaaS generates a report that helps the Supervisor plan availability, identify upcoming shortages, and make better decisions on transfers and stock levels.
Plans are charged based on active sites. Every plan includes 1 Supervisor (Admin) and unlimited Construction Site Users.
Trial starts with 5 active sites and full access to all system features (except Stock Optimisation) for 14 days. Stock Optimisation is available on Standard and above after the trial.

We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. The free trial does not require a payment card. During the trial period, you will have access to most of the Service’s functionality (approximately 95%). You can cancel or stop using the Service at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Access to the Service is provided immediately after payment.
As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees once a billing period has started. However, we may provide a refund in the following limited cases:
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
If you cancel a monthly subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing month. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and you will retain access until the current billing period ends. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a monthly billing cycle.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. If you wish to cancel an annual subscription, you must contact us. Annual subscription refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only in limited cases such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or incorrect charges. If a refund is granted on an annual subscription, it may be issued as a pro-rated refund for unused time, at our discretion.
To request a refund, contact us at support@scaffms.it.com. Include the account email used to subscribe, invoice number or payment reference (if available), and a short explanation of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
If you believe there is a billing issue, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your Service access while the dispute is investigated.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Service operated by Christakis Kyriakou (sole proprietor). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for business customers only. By using the Service, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or professional entity and not as a consumer.
The Service provides access to a software platform for scaffold management and related business workflows. We may update, modify, or improve the Service over time. This may include adding or removing features, changing performance, or releasing new versions.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, ensuring only authorized users access your account, and all activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@scaffms.it.com.

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security, or use the Service for unlawful activity. If we believe you are abusing the Service or creating risk for us or other customers, we may suspend or terminate access.
We own the Service, including its software, design, branding, and all related intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your active subscription, for your business purposes only. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service outside of what is allowed by these Terms.
The Service is designed for business use and does not require users to upload files, images, or documents. You remain responsible for the information you enter into the Service and you confirm you have the right to use and store any business information you input. We aim to keep the Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons. Support is provided via email at support@scaffms.it.com.
You may terminate your subscription by cancelling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or your use creates a security, legal, or operational risk. If your account is terminated, access to the Service may be removed immediately.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
